Submissions and applications are reviewed manually. Submitting does not guarantee acceptance. If the work is not a fit, you will be told plainly.

• This is a bounded service, not ongoing coaching or on call support.
• Work is conducted remotely unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
• Communication is limited to the agreed scope and timeframe.

Refund requests are handled case by case, aiming to be fair while protecting time already committed.

• If you purchase and then cancel before any scheduled work begins, you may request a refund. Payment processing fees may be non refundable.
• If work has begun, including review, preparation, delivery, or scheduled sessions, refunds are generally not available because time is the primary input.
• If Wild & Quiet cannot deliver what was agreed due to operational failure, you will be offered a reschedule or a refund, as appropriate.
