• Form submissions are stored in the form provider (Tally).
• Email correspondence is stored in the Wild & Quiet email account.
• This website is hosted on Wild & Quiet’s hosting provider.

• If you are not accepted, we aim to delete submission data within 90 days unless retention is required for operational reasons.
• If you are accepted, we may retain relevant records for up to 12 months to support delivery.
